Job summary

New Narrative is hiring a part-time Residential Support Specialist (RSS) for Saturday and Sunday, day shift (7 AM - 3 PM) in Portland, Oregon. The RSS will work with a multidisciplinary team to support residents in daily living, medication management, and skill-building in a residential treatment setting.

CPR certification and a high school diploma are required, with QMHA credentials preferred. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, participating in team care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• QMHA credentials preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to implement emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in daily living activities and life skills.
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring per protocol.
• Prepare meals and support household tasks.
• Facilitate group activities and community engagement.
• Complete documentation and shift notes following policy.
