Qualifikationen

• Must be able to administer CPR and Naloxone (Narcan).
• QMHA credentials preferred.

Aufgaben

• Engage residents to support movement toward goals and transition planning.
• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
• Participate in team-based care and staff meetings.
• Prepare meals and provide opportunities for skills training.
• Provide crisis intervention using nonviolent de-escalation techniques.
• Document engagement and shift notes; ensure accurate charting and narcotic counts.
