Sheppard Pratt is seeking Direct Care Support Staff for a part-time, on-site role in Baltimore, MD. The position involves weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 3pm–11pm) in a crisis residential program, providing safe, therapeutic support to clients in mental health treatment and promoting independence in daily living.

You will work with a collaborative service team, ensure medication compliance, and accompany clients to appointments while documenting outcomes and follow-ups.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to insured vehicle.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a residential counselor, working one-on-one with clients to learn or regain skills for independent living and socialization.
• Ensure medication compliance and safety in daily operations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary service team to develop and implement individual service plans.
• Provide transportation to clients and accompany them to medical appointments, offering advocacy during visits and documenting follow-up instructions.
