Sheppard Pratt in Timonium, MD seeks a Rehabilitation Specialist for the Timonium Residential Services, evenings. This on‑site, full‑time role supports individuals with serious mental illness in securing housing and accessing health services.

You will work Sunday–Thursday, 2pm–10pm, providing a safe, therapeutic environment and coordinating with a care team to implement service plans. The position emphasizes mentorship and professional growth within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications and trainings as required.
• Active driver's license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays depending on program needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide a safe and therapeutic environment that supports clients’ independence and well‑being.
• Act one‑on‑one with clients to help them learn or regain skills for community living and socialization.
• Ensure medication compliance and assist with safety, dosage and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual service plans.
• Provide transportation and attend clients’ medical appointments; advocate for clients and document follow‑up actions.
