Job summary

Rivendell of Arkansas is seeking a part-time Mental Health Associate for Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7a-7p. In this critical role, you will provide monitoring and support to patients in a challenging but rewarding work environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Essential certifications will be provided upon hire, alongside competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(K) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Previous mental health experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid and Handle with Care certificates are required (offered upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients and monitor behavior closely.
• Document patient behavior and vital signs.
• Create a safe therapeutic environment for patients.
• Collaborate closely with other staff members.
