Job summary

Responsibilities include safety checks every 15 minutes, documenting in medical records, and aiding in daily living activities and educational groups. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of related experience;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience working with the specific population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate urgency for patient safety and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure patient well-being and provide a positive, structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks with 15-minute supervision intervals or as guided.
• Document clinical information timely in patient medical records.
