Job summary

The Barclay at Clemson seeks a dedicated Medication Technician Personal Assistant for full-time 2p-10p shifts with weekends required. You will manage medication distribution, document resident status, and support dining and activities to enhance resident well-being in a senior living setting.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification (preferred). A caring, service-oriented mindset is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed. Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
