Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Medication Technician Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Clemson. This full-time role covers 2pm-10pm with weekend requirements and involves medication administration and resident care.

Reporting changes, maintaining medical records, and supporting dining and activities for residents are key duties. Must have a current Medication Technician license and a caring attitude toward older adults.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Current Medication Technician License issued by the state
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred

Responsibilities

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
