Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Passing score on Clinical Laboratory Technology Proficiency exam approved by HHS (HEW) required.
• 0-2 years of acute care experience required.

Aufgaben

• Performs moderate and high complexity laboratory tests with accuracy and timely reporting.
• Adheres to quality control procedures and performs checks, analyzes data, and takes corrective actions.
• Conducts instrument function checks and preventive maintenance as per policy.
• Troubleshoots instrument malfunctions and notifies appropriate personnel.
• Ensures safety regulations and PPE usage in all procedures.
• Communicates results and issues to peers, supervisors, and healthcare staff.
