Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner.
• Register new patients and update existing demographics by collecting detailed information and verifying insurance.
• Assist patients with registration/check-in ensuring all forms are completed.
• Collect co-pays and process payments.
• Scan information into patient charts and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule and re-schedule patients, including walk-ins and incoming orders.
