Job summary

Laukoa is seeking MDs, DOs, NPs and PAs to support NY Army National Guard medical readiness across New York. Work is primarily on weekends with some weekdays, at varying sites; all roles are part-time and as-needed.

Responsibilities include PHAs/MHAs, medical-record review, interviews, referrals, and MEDPROS documentation using CAC. HIPAA compliance and background checks are required; positions involve multiple NY locations.

Qualifications

• Current, active, unrestricted New York license and good standing as MD/DO/NP/PA.
• MD/DO: 1 year of accredited postgraduate training for independent practice.
• PA: NY licensure and credentialing; NCCPA certification when required.

Responsibilities

• Support PHAs and MHAs for military personnel.
• Review health history and medical readiness documentation.
• Interview Service Members to determine medical concerns.
• Complete PHA and MHA documentation in MEDPROS using CAC.
