Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness in medical records.
• Document findings on approved forms and systems.
• Safeguard all patient information in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Ensure actions comply with federal and state laws.
