Job summary

LAUKOA is recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for part-time, weekend clinical support across New York to aid the New York Army National Guard. Responsibilities include medical record review, readiness documentation, and preparing service-member records for PHA providers.

Positions require NY LPN/LVN licensure, BLS/CPR, and ability to work at various NY sites with HIPAA adherence. Travel and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• Current, active NY LPN/LVN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience reviewing medical records and clinical documentation.
• Ability to identify missing information and escalate concerns.
• Ability to work across New York locations including military installations.
• Background checks and installation access required.

Responsibilities

• Support PHA events for NYARNG Service Members.
• Review health records and medical readiness documentation.
• Prepare records for PHA provider review.
• Document findings in SF600, MEDPROS, MWDE, and other systems.
• Assist with height, weight, and blood pressure measurements.
• Maintain HIPAA and data confidentiality.
• Complete required training and contract requirements.
