Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: one year hospital lab preferred.
• Certification eligibility within 18 months from hire date (ASCP/AMT/NCA or ABHI variants).

Responsibilities

• Performs qualitative and quantitative tests using analyzers or manual methods.
• Organizes workload and sets priorities to meet turnaround times.
• Maintains quality control, calibrations, and instrument maintenance.
• Communicates with care teams to relay pertinent results and data.
