Job summary

Integer Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member II to perform assembly and inspection per written procedures, ensuring production and quality standards are met. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to read in English and follow detailed instructions.
• Experience reading blueprints preferred.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.
• Previous light assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for assembly/inspection according to process specs.
• Assemble components and operate manual and automated equipment.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect parts for conformance.
• Document required information and escalate quality issues.
• May package product for shipping.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• On-the-job training and cross-training opportunities.
