Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation, a leading medical device CDMO, is seeking a 2nd shift assembler/inspector in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on basic assembly and inspection following MPI and QWI instructions, with a strict adherence to GDP and quality policies.

Set up equipment, perform printed assembly tasks, inspect parts for conformance, document in device history records, and participate in team improvements. The position offers a 10% shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
• Set up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and participate in improvements.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer’s Values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per MPI’s and QWI’s.
• Under supervision, follows Standard Work and understands tasks within the team.
• Assembles parts per print using manual and automatic machines.
• Inspects parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications and escalates issues.
• Completes Device History Records and GDP documentation.
• Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment and participates in flex break programs.
