Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and inspection operations following written procedures.
• Set up equipment needed for assembly/inspection.
• Assemble component parts and inspect for quality.
• Complete required documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Ability to read in English and follow detailed instructions

Ability to read blueprints

Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices

Previous light assembly experience

Education

High school graduate or equivalent
