Job summary

Integer seeks focused individuals for a 2nd shift assembly/inspection role in Minnesota. You will follow documented procedures to build and inspect parts, using both manual and automatic equipment, and ensure conformance to quality specs.

You’ll complete manufacturing records, support process improvements, and maintain a safe, clean workspace while potentially receiving a 10% shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company values and safety policies.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Performs assembly or inspection per drawings and procedures.
• Operates manual and automatic machines with care and accuracy.
• Uses visual/ dimensional checks to ensure conformance to specs.
• Documents manufacturing records per GDP and quality policies.
• Packages assemblies for shipment when required.
• Participates in team activities to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Expands skills through on-the-job and classroom training.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and follows regulations.
• Participates in flex break programs as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
