MedSpeed in Seneca, PA seeks a part-time Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver to support weekend operations. The role involves driving a company vehicle to transport medical materials across Pennsylvania, using a handheld scanner to track items, and maintaining safety and professional client interactions.

The position offers weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00pm–10:00pm) with a $1.00/hr shift differential, and includes benefits such as training, career advancement opportunities,

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity working with technology and following procedures.
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points.
• Able to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail and related materials.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Route assignments may change; perform duties across routes as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to support MedSpeed team culture.
