MedSpeed is a healthcare logistics company delivering vital medical supplies and specimens nationwide. We are looking for a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Pittsburgh, PA, part-time, $17.00/hr, Tue-Thu, 3:30pm–11:00pm.

You will operate a company vehicle and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials with a professional demeanor. You will join a team that values safety, reliability, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver's license for 3 years.
• Must have a clean driving history.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required depending on location.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials in a company vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Follow all policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload items with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Route duties may vary and assignments can change over time.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to support operations.
