Job summary

BLADE (HDT) is seeking Mechanical Assemblers for 1st shift or weekend shift at our Cincinnati, OH facility. Weekend hours are Fri–Sun, 6:00 am–6:30 pm with shift differential. You will set up and operate equipment, assemble per models and drawings, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience with hand/power tools, blueprint reading preferred, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs (75 lbs occasionally). OT/weekend work required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Five years manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with hand and power tools required.
Ability to read blueprints preferred.
Lift up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 75 lbs; PPE as required.
Willing to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate assigned machinery.
Perform advanced assembly functions from models/drawings.
Install components to contract specifications with hand/power tools.
Interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately.
Follow quality and safety standards, meet deadlines.
Support other projects as needed.
