Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team in the Milwaukee and New Berlin areas. You will assemble mechanical components and equipment according to specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and performing basic adjustments. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand and power tools
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards
• Perform basic mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting, and rework as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and production schedules
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel
