Job summary

The position is onsite with a Fri–Sun shift from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm. Strong communication and leadership in a manufacturing or warehouse setting are essential, with forklift certification helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in training and developing the team
• Monitor production performance and ensure quality controls are met
• Attend daily stand-up meetings with Supervisor
• Reallocate resources with Supervisor to meet customer goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper workflow
• Serve as point of contact for employee escalations
• Identify and resolve process issues with Engineering
• Maintain attendance roster for Emergency Evacuations
• Participate in 6S audits and implement changes from audits
• Perform on-the-job refresher training and workstation assessments
• Monitor inventory levels and KPI/SLA performance
