Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison in Mesquite, Texas, to blend clinical expertise with relationship-building and business development. This full-time role focuses on evaluating patients, defining admission criteria, and supporting referral-to-admission growth.

You will communicate the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners and travel regionally as needed, with a schedule of Friday–Monday weekends.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license with clean driving record.
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experience preferred).
• Current, valid clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine admissions criteria for referrals.
• Develop plans, conduct calls, and present to potential referral sources.

Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Fulltime- Mequite, Texas

We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

In this high-impact role, you will combine your clinical expertise with relationship building and business development skills to evaluate patients, determine admission criteria, support referral-to-admission growth, and clearly communicate the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners.

What you bring

• One of the following licenses is required, RN, PT, OT, or RT.
• Experience working in the medical environment promoting programs and services.
• Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
• Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).
