Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. seeks a Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison for Friday–Monday coverage at our Lubbock, Texas location.

The role blends clinical expertise with relationship-building to drive referral-to-admission growth and communicate the value of inpatient rehabilitation to partners. Qualified candidates hold an active RN, LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT license and have healthcare sales or promotion experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in RN, LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT is required.
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred; healthcare sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel regionally on a regular basis.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine if they meet admissions criteria.
• Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to referral sources.

Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison - Fulltime - Lubbock, Texas

We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

In this high-impact role, you will combine your clinical expertise with relationship building and business development skills to evaluate patients, determine admission criteria, support referral-to-admission growth, and clearly communicate the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners.

What you bring

One of the following licenses is required, RN, PT, OT, or RT.

• Experience working in the medical environment promoting programs and services.
• Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
• Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).

• Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations.
