Job summary
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing / Process Engineer for the Missile Assembly team at Pike County Operations in Troy, Alabama. The role focuses on shaping manufacturing processes, delivering digital tools, and achieving technical excellence on the production shop floor.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline with 1 year professional experience; Master level without experience; or 5 years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive manufacturing processes on the shop floor and deliver digital tools to boost productivity.
- Analyze data to develop new processes and create detailed work instructions.
- Integrate new assets and technologies into the factory.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Investigate root causes of quality defects and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and repair process equipment and tooling.
