Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• +1 year of professional experience preferred; or 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work second shift (15:30–02:00).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence on the production shop floor and shape manufacturing processes.
• Integrate new assets and technologies into the factory.
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives to improve quality and reduce cost.
• Investigate root causes of quality defects and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair process equipment and tooling.
