Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Industrial Engineering/Lean Six Sigma in manufacturing.
- Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Identifying areas of focus for production improvement across a wide scope.
- Applying continuous improvement methodologies to production and leading major improvement efforts.
- Planning, analyzing, and implementing factory, layout, and workflow optimization.
- Driving strategic decision‑making through data analysis and presenting to senior leadership.
