Aerotek is hiring Weekend Production Assemblers for Lexington and Natural Bridge, VA, with a contract-to-hire path based out of Lynchburg, VA. Earn $24.23/hour on Friday–Sunday shifts, with options for day or night schedules, and full-time hours in a 3‑day weekend pattern.

Join a growing manufacturing team, perform assembly using written instructions, operate tools, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and meeting daily production goals.

Weekend Production Assemblers - Lexington & Natural Bridge, VA

Join a growing manufacturing team and enjoy a schedule that gives you four days off each week. We are seeking dependable Assemblers to support production operations in Lexington and Natural Bridge, VA.

Pay Rate: $24.23/hour

Schedule Options:

• Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Friday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Build and assemble products using written instructions
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Prepare completed products for the next stage of production
• Organize materials and maintain an efficient work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

Pay and Benefits
