Job summary

Aerotek is hiring assemblers for contract-to-hire roles in Greensboro, NC, with positions in Elon and Burlington, NC. Pay starts at $18–$19 per hour, with opportunities for pay raises and full statewide benefits. Experienced in assembly, manufacturing, warehousing, or construction is highly preferred.

This is a fully onsite role based in Greensboro with a likely close date in late August. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, PTO, holidays and more.

Qualifications

• Strong preference for recent experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehousing or construction.
• Must be able to read blueprints or assembly diagrams.
• Willingness to perform production duties including packing, cleaning, inspection and painting.

CURRENT OR RECENT ASSEMBLY, MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSE, OR CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for assembling or building, testing, and packaging small parts.
• Will be performing production duties including packing, cleaning parts, quality inspection, painting, etc.
• Other areas will involve production assembly and production machine operating responsibilities where you will work with your hands and use tools.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, power drills, torque tools, and impact tools.
• Blueprint reading experience is a huge plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00/hr.
