Little Caesars is seeking a Weekend Manager to oversee all weekend operations, reporting to the General Manager. The role focuses on planning, implementing and controlling weekend activities to ensure the store runs with structure and efficiency.
You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain high service standards and adherence to Little Caesars corporate guidelines. This position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and operating the store smoothly during peak weekend hours.
The Little Caesars Weekend Manager will report to the General Manager. The Little Caesars Weekend Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Caesars Operations on weekends only. They will work harmoniously with the General Manager having impeccable communication as a team to make the store run with structure. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that the Little Caesars facility is operated within the operational guidelines established by Jennifer Leggett, Director of Marketing & Food Services, and Little Caesars Corporate.
