Job summary

Little Caesars in Washington state is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, including product production, inventory, staffing, sales and financial performance.

You will report to the General Manager, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year management experience in a QSR restaurant is a plus.
• Attention to detail required.
• Excellent customer service and employee relations skills needed.
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume settings.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Lead and enforce company policies.

Job description

The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager. The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Caesars Operations. This position will oversee Little Caesars restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that the Little Caesars facility is operated within the operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 – Year management experience in a QSR restaurant facility is a plus
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have an open schedule and be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Must be a leader and adhere to and enforce company policies.
