Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Goshen, IN to perform maintenance tasks across multiple production lines.

The role requires basic tools, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and safe operation of hoists, welders, torches, saws, plasma cutters, forklifts, and doors. Applicants must complete mandatory training including safety, forklift, lockout/tagout, arc flash, fall hazard, confined space, lean, and Tabware.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete LCI new hire safety training and refreshers.
• Must be able to successfully pass forklift-training course (OSHA approved).
• Must complete Lock Out Tag Out Training as required.
• Must complete Arc Flash/Electrical Hazard Training as required.
• Must complete Fall Hazard Training as required.
• Must complete Confined Space Training as required.
• Must complete all LCI lean training as required.
• Must complete Tabware Technician Training.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks using basic hand and power tools.
• Diagnose and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and rebuilds.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and move electrical circuits as needed.
• Diagnose/maintain/install production hoists in a timely fashion.
• Diagnose/maintain/install welding equipment.
• Diagnose/maintain/install propane and oxygen torch equipment.
• Diagnose/maintain/install production band saw equipment.
• Diagnose/maintain/install plasma cutting equipment.
• Operate fork trucks and aerial lifts safely.
• Power down, raise, and secure overhead doors.
