Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility's maintenance team in Indiana. You will oversee repair, preventive maintenance, and daily operations of production equipment and plant facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC experience, plus the ability to read schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and some PLC skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions with common sense.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the maintenance team to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and morale.
• Maintain and repair production equipment and plant facilities; perform preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, and test repairs.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Plan and manage training and development for team members.
