Job summary

Lippert is seeking a maintenance professional to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment in Goshen, Indiana. The role emphasizes safety, Lippert core values, and lean initiatives to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical, robotic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, while adhering to safety standards and completing required training. This is a full-time on-site position supporting production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance background and/or education history.
• Must successfully complete Lippert safety training and refreshers.
• Must pass Lippert forklift-training course.
• Must complete Lippert Lock Out Tag Out Training.
• Must complete Lippert Arc Flash/Electrical Hazard Training.
• Must complete Lippert Fall Hazard Training, as required.
• Must complete Lippert Confined Space Training, as required.
• Must complete Lippert lean training, as required.
• Must complete Lippert Tabware Technician Training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment.
• Adhere to Lippert safety guidelines and lean initiatives.
• Support operations and production first when necessary.
