Job summary

Old World Industries, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be a hands-on technical resource for resolving equipment problems affecting production. You will diagnose tooling and machine issues, procure replacement parts, perform repairs, and report on maintenance activities.

The role requires 2+ years' related experience or a technical degree, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot using basic math and computer tools. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is included.

Qualifications

2+ years of related work experience or a technical degree related to maintenance.
Demonstrate good mechanical aptitude.
Accurately multiply, divide, add, and subtract whole numbers to resolve practical problems.
Operate a computer and reporting software; use spreadsheets effectively.
Wear PPE and understand written instructions; communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Maintains machinery and provides preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Locate and diagnose mechanical problems, adjust parts, and select corrective actions.
Maintain inventories and place orders for parts and supplies as needed.
Document actions, irregularities, and continuing needs for team continuity.
Ensure safe working environment and contribute to team effort.
