ATS is seeking an entry to mid-level maintenance technician to support industrial facilities in a fast-paced factory environment. You will perform break-fix and preventive maintenance, identify parts, and assist in CI activities to reduce costs.

Expect hands-on work with basic machining tools and safety-conscious responsibilities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus technical training or 18 months related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Associates degree with a technical focus or 18 months related experience.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems; able to perform repairs.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Performs entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identifies needed parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Provides support for other department members per leadership.
• Implements 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Participates in CI activities—processes, results, and cost savings.
• Operates simple machining tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) and may perform basic welding.
• Updates CMMS records and reviews history.
• Performs basic troubleshooting of control systems circuitry.
