Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking an entry to mid-level technician to perform break-fix and preventative maintenance on industrial devices and control systems. You will identify parts, support the team, and maintain equipment in a factory setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and an Associates degree with a technical focus or 18 months related experience; basic electrical/mechanical understanding and hand-tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Associates degree with a technical focus or 18+ months of related experience.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems; ability to perform repairs.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance on devices and instruments.
• Identifies needed parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Provides support and back up for department members as needed by leadership.
• Adheres to 5S and housekeeping standards and safety policies.
• Updates CMMS records and reviews history.
• Assists in basic machining operations and welding as required.
• Performs basic troubleshooting of control systems circuitry.
• Completes technical self-study for career development.
