Essential Functions

• Execute assignments timely to minimize downtime and maximize quality, safety, and run time.
• Maintain equipment in safe operating condition.
• Translate OEM material into standards for optimal results.
• Repair breakdowns and perform adjustments as needed.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance.
• Utilize CMMS system for inventory and work order management.
• Participate in safety, GMP, SOP, and other training sessions.
• Coordinate with production for line changeovers and adjustments.
• Adhere to GMP, SOP, safety procedures, including LOTO.
• Support improvement projects.
• Use precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Dismantle devices/equipment using hand and power tools to remove defective parts.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Take ownership of work quality and craftsmanship.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Care for and maintain hand and power tools and equipment.
• Demonstrate creativity, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience maintaining fillers or comparable automation.
• 2 years of experience with high-speed production lines.
• Knowledge of machines, tools, and their maintenance.
• Fault isolation and repair skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings and diagrams.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience with Norden/Zalkin/Kapsall systems.

As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure production equipment operates optimally. You handle equipment installation, fabrication, and maintenance, applying your mechanical, electrical, and computer skills to ensure first-time right jobs. Your role is vital to our product filling and distribution success, working independently and under supervision to meet client satisfaction.
