Job summary

Spherion Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Lake Crystal manufacturing partner. You will apply skills in industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive care to keep advanced equipment running safely and efficiently.

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour and includes a 3-day workweek of three 12-hour shifts (5:00am-5:00pm) paid at 40 hours. Overtime on weekdays is optional, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with robotics or automated equipment is a plus.
• Experience with PLCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems, including motors, relays, switches, transformers, sensors, position sensing devices, printed circuit boards, and control components.
• Identify and repair faulty wiring, cables, lighting, and electrical apparatus.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and verify proper operation after repairs.
• Repair or fabricate parts using lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools.
• Replace motor bearings and perform motor rewiring as needed.
• Help keep production equipment safe, reliable, and running at peak performance.

Spherion Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing partner in Lake Crystal. In this role, you will apply your skills in industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive care to keep advanced manufacturing equipment running safely, reliably, and at peak efficiency.

Competitive pay: $25.00-$35.00/hour based on experience

3-day workweek: Three 12-hour shifts (5:00am-5:00pm) but paid for 40!

Optional overtime on weekdays.
