Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Technician II in Platte City, MO to troubleshoot production equipment, perform inspections, and set up new equipment with minimal supervision. You will document repairs using the EAM system and apply basic machining, welding and fabrication techniques.

The position runs Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $27.00–$37.00 per hour plus a $3 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience or technical training.
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift licenses.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the EAM system.
• Perform regular inspections and repairs on production equipment.
• Set up new equipment and troubleshoot with specialty tools.
• Interpret blueprints and part drawings for maintenance tasks.
• Apply machining, welding and fabrication techniques as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and submit reports.
