Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Technician II to perform advanced maintenance on production machines, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment with minimal supervision. This role includes hands-on training, safety compliance, and documentation in EAM systems.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join our team. The position runs Friday to Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm, in our Lee's Summit, MO facility, with opportunities to contribute to reliability improvements and participate in ongoing safety

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related technical field strongly preferred.
Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training required.
Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.
Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Analyze equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal supervision.
Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the work order system (EAM).
Interpret blueprints and part drawings to perform maintenance tasks.
Set up new equipment and determine effective repair methods.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and report maintenance status.
