Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior areas of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and storage.
• Complete routine cleaning of floors, walls, windows, light fixtures and ceilings.
• Perform preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and beverage machines.
• Identify and report equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
• Assist with safety, security, and compliance with health department rules.
