Responsibilities

Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
Perform routine cleaning and ensure facilities are well-kept.
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment.
Identify and report equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist operations with special projects and other needs.
