Responsibilities

• Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Complete routine cleaning such as floors, walls, windows, light fixtures, and ceiling tiles.
• Ensure restrooms are fully stocked, clean, and in working order at all times.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and HVAC/refrigeration, coordinating repairs as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines, use of chemicals, lockout procedures, and PPE to ensure a safe environment.
