Job summary

Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Machinist at our Osakis, MN facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong machining experience and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced production environment.

The weekend day shift is Fri–Sun 6:00am–6:00pm with a 15% shift differential and a $4,000 hiring bonus. We offer PTO, health coverage, ESPP, 401(k) with 50% match, tuition reimbursement up to $7,500/year, and more to support your growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machining experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and tolerances.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; machining degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine dimensions and setup requirements.
• Set up and operate machines (mills, lathes, grinders, shapers) and adjust controls.
• Verify conformance with measurements using calipers, micrometers, and CMM as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve machining issues.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry.
