Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Osakis, MN is seeking a Quality Technician on 2nd shift to inspect precision components, read drawings, and verify features with IMTE, vision systems, and CMM (PC-DMIS). This role supports ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance and promotes continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inspection experience in precision machining, aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (IMTE).
• Vision inspection systems preferred; CMM experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections on machined components and assemblies.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
• Inspect tight-tolerance and critical features on precision machined components.
• Use IMTE such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges and indicators.
• Operate vision systems for non-contact measurement and feature verification.
• Support CMM inspections using PC-DMIS and re-measurement methods as needed.
