Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a Machinist 3 for our Sauk Rapids, MN facility. The role emphasizes setting up multiple machines, reading blueprints, and maintaining precision through inspection and process control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year machining degree preferred.
• Proficient with inspection techniques.
• Able to read blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, drawings, and specs to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Measure and mark dimensions for machining operations.
• Set up fixtures, tools, and materials on machines (mills, lathes, grinders).
• Control speed, feed, coolant, and depth of cut; edit CNC data as needed.
• Observe machine operation and adjust to maintain tolerance.
• Verify finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve machining issues.
• Complete paperwork and data entry as required.
