Woodward is seeking an Associate Machinist for a weekend day shift (Fri–Sun, 12 hours, start 5am) to operate CNC and manual machines, following detailed work instructions and GD&T. Candidates will uphold 5S, safety, and quality standards while contributing to efficient production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Operate CNC or Manual machining equipment including Lathes, Mills, Swiss, OD/ID grinders.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances (GD&T).
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices; follow SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Machine operation: set up and run CNC or manual machines to produce precision parts.
• Follow detailed work instructions and inspect first pieces; ensure conformance to specs.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document data per SOP.
