• Welcome and assist prospective buyers, Club members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Serve as weekend front desk presence and support Real Estate Sales team with admin tasks.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage client communications.
• Maintain schedules, calendars, records, and sales-related information.
• Assist with MLS, databases, spreadsheets, and sales systems.
• Prepare the Sales Center for daily operations and events.
